Originally from Wilmington, NC, I’m proud to lead the Chris Waggett Team of ALCOVA Mortgage, where we believe in the power of relationships and the dream of homeownership. ALCOVA Mortgage was born from friendship and a shared passion to serve, a philosophy that drives us every day as we help clients navigate the path to their new homes.

What I love most about this business is the opportunity to build lifelong connections with customers and referral partners. It’s incredibly rewarding to make homeownership a reality for families, and I strive to ensure that every client feels supported throughout their journey.

When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors—boating, island hopping, fishing, or biking with my family. 

I’m actively involved in several industry organizations, that include: Mortgage Banker Association of the Lower Cape Fear,  Wilmington Home Builder Association, Cape Fear Realtor Association, Brunswick County Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Topsail Island Association of Realtors, Home Builder Association of Wake County, and the Triangle Sales Marketing Council. I believe in staying connected and contributing to the community that has supported my growth.
