In addition to the historical downtown district, which consists of impressive Victorian architecture, we have the Cape Fear River bordering the West and the ocean on the East. Wilmington can be distinctly described as one of the most beautiful locations in the South, often referred to as a diverse water-oriented community. It is often why many people, including myself, call the “Port City” home.

We made one trip to Wilmington and had financing all setup but it fell thru at the last minute. Shana got us financed and closed in 11 days on our house thru a company in Wilmington if not for Shana we would not be in our home today.
